Privacy Policy
How we handle your information
Last updated: August 2026
Bristol Flowers (“we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you use this website or place an order, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you get in touch through our contact form, we collect:
- Your name and email address
- Your phone number, if you provide one
- Any details you include about your order — occasion, date needed, and your message
We don’t collect payment details through the website — payment is arranged directly with you when we confirm an order.
Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how this site’s used — which pages people visit, roughly how they found us — so we can improve it. This is entirely optional and off by default: an analytics cookie is only set, and you’re only counted as an individual visitor, if you click “Accept” on the cookie banner.
If you click “Reject”, or close the banner without choosing, no cookie is set and you ’re not tracked. Google may still receive an anonymous, cookie-less signal that a visit happened, with nothing that identifies you attached to it — this is Google’s own “Consent Mode” standard for keeping basic aggregate visit counts honest without tracking anyone who hasn’t agreed to it.
You can change your mind at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page, which reopens the banner. See Google’s privacy policy for how they handle this data.
We don’t use any advertising or retargeting cookies.
Why we collect it
We use the information you give us only to:
- Respond to your enquiry and arrange your order
- Contact you about delivery details for an order in progress
- Keep a record of past orders, so we can help you more quickly next time
We don’t sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How we store it
Messages sent through our contact form are delivered to our email inbox. We keep enquiry and order records only for as long as reasonably needed — generally no longer than a couple of years, unless we’re required to keep financial records for longer.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, email us at hello@bristolflowers.uk and we’ll sort it out promptly.
Questions
If anything here isn’t clear, get in touch — hello@bristolflowers.uk or 07823 612565.
