How ordering actually works
This is the part that matters most before you order, so we’re putting it up front rather than saving it for an FAQ.
The one rule that matters most
At least 24 hours’ notice, every time
We don’t keep a stock of ready-made bouquets. Every order is cut, arranged and wrapped specifically for its delivery date, which means we need at least a day’s notice — it’s what lets us get the little details right.
In practice: order before 2:00pm and we can usually deliver the next day. Order after that, and it moves to the day after.

Common questions
Ordering, in more detail
What exactly is the cutoff time?
We ask for orders by 2:00pm the day before you need your flowers. Order after that and we’ll move your delivery to the following available day instead.
Can I request same-day delivery?
Not usually — everything is made close to your delivery date rather than pulled from stock, so same-day isn’t something we can promise. If it’s urgent, call us and we’ll always be honest about what’s possible.
Can I choose an exact delivery time?
We give a morning or afternoon window on the day rather than an exact time. If timing genuinely matters — before a ceremony, say — call us and we’ll do what we can.
Which days do you deliver?
Tuesday to Saturday. If you need something for a Monday, we’ll need your order by Saturday at the usual cutoff time.
How do I actually place an order?
Through the contact form, by phone, or by email — whichever’s easiest. We’ll confirm the arrangement, the date and the price with you before anything is finalised.
